Electronic Contact & Professional Engagement
This Site may contain contact forms, email addresses, telephone numbers, and links to social media channels for the convenience of visitors. Submitting a query or making contact through any of these channels does not, by itself, create an attorney-client or adviser-client relationship with ExpatLegal.
A professional engagement is only established when both parties have executed a written engagement letter or services agreement (contrato de prestación de servicios profesionales). Until such an agreement is in place, ExpatLegal is under no obligation to treat any information you provide as confidential. You should refrain from disclosing sensitive personal, commercial, or legal information through the Site.

You are permitted to view, print, and download content for personal, non-commercial use only, provided that:
- No document or material is modified in any way.
- All copyright notices, trade marks, and other proprietary notices are retained.

Nothing on this Site grants any licence to use ExpatLegal's trade marks, trade names, or commercial appearance without our prior written consent. Fair descriptive reference to ExpatLegal by name in published articles or similar third-party communications is permitted, provided it is accurate and not misleading.
